Substitutions and Cancellations
If you cannot attend the conference, you may substitute
another person from your company. Cancellation and substitution requests
must be made in writing on company letterhead and emailed to
common_registration@common.org. A processing fee of $100 will be charged
for all substitutions and cancellations. Requests for substitutions and
cancellations are accepted until May 10th, 2019. All eligible refunds
will be processed after the conference. Cancellations received after May 10th, 2019 are non-refundable.
Conference Hotel Registration Rates
A minimum of a two-night stay is required to receive the
registration rate associated with staying the COMMON conference hotel.
The hotel confirmation code must be entered at the time of conference
registration to receive this rate. If your plans change and you stay
fewer than two nights at a COMMON conference hotel during a conference, a
surcharge will be applied to your registration fee to equal the offsite
registration rate. Hotel reservations should be made separately, and
hotel pricing is not included in above registration rates.
Conference Image Release
When attending a COMMON event, you enter an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur.
By attending the event, you consent to photography, voice
recording and video recording and its release, publication, exhibition
or reproduction to be used for promotional purposes, advertising, social
media or any other purpose by COMMON and its affiliates. You also waive
all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in conjunction with
any use of these materials in perpetuity.
